Firefox 1.0 Final PreRelease: Tuesday

So I just had quick look at the mozilla.org site (loving the new design) and noticed the latest mozillazine entry: Firefox Pre-Preview Release Available for Testing.

Note that this is not the final 1.0 Preview Release. That will happen on Tuesday if all goes well with the testing of these candidate builds. We appreciate any and all help testing the candidates and strongly encourage you to report any problems. Only you can prevent buggy releases ;-)”

Fantastic! So hopefully the Final PreRelease will be on Tuesday, meaning that the final version can’t be too far away. Hopefully it ships with a nice default theme across the different OS’s.

Time to start pushing Firefox onto the masses, most importantly my Clients and Friends who are still trapped in the IE world.
