Kat Neville writes a great list of 10 hot tips for working on your own web dev projects. I particularly like number 3 – ‘If it takes you more than 1 minute to explain your idea to someone, then it’s too complicated’:
“Sure, it can take more than a minute to explain the details on how it works, but with the idea, it should be simple. The shorter amount of time to explain it, the better.”

Hmm, no three is kinda old. I’ve heard a lot of times. The same is the case with logo, most of the time.
These are all quite old, but still very true and relevant. These are all fundamentals of every project. People need to be reminded every once and a while. sidenote: what’s with the goats? lol
