Through the use of Ruud van Melick’s fanastic rvm_privileged plugin I have been able to add some custom links to my site that only I can see. The ability to customise what you see compared to what your visitors see allows for some interesting helpers and additions that can help speed up how you use your site.
This combined with the rss_article_edit plugin that Tim just wrote about provide a bunch of great options for you to manage your site right from the homepage.
