As a freelance web designer it makes sense to have a number of documents prepared as you tend to use the same ones over and over again. I thought I would share with you the 5 documents that I have prepared and ready to use, along with some excellent examples from other designers and studios.
Everything from a Website Planner and Contract, to Email templates and Invoices, some good resources here for the freelancers among us.

Liking Happy Cog’s, but wondering why they include the contract as a Word document instead of something open source friendly? Even a PDF would be a better format.
Building an editable PDF that clients can write in save and send back isn’t much fun or easily done. I much prefer the online RFP forms such as the one Airbag Industries (now part of Happy Cog) created and plan on releasing soon hopefully. See SimpleBits Work Requisition Form as an example.
