For sanitys sake I’m going to post as much as I can remember about our trip to Melbourne in point form. Otherwise it will never get done.

  • Arrived in Melbourne Friday 26th 8:30am

  • Got the Skybus into the City

  • Realised our Hotel was 50metres away from Station

  • Got setteled into Atlantis Hotel

  • Walked to Observation Deck for 360’ view of City

  • Walked up Bourke Street and around the shops

  • Saw the Myer Christmas Windows ‘Polar Express’

  • Did some more shopping

  • Grabbed some food and headed back to our hotel

  • Lazed around out of the afternoon heat

  • Headed to Crown Casino for the evening

  • Gambled and came out on top

  • Eat dinner at The Brassiere on the Yarra River

  • Woke up at 8am, had breakfast in Hotel, headed out

  • Saw Batman Park

  • Melbourne Aquarium

  • Heliport

  • Federation Square

  • Queen Victoria Gardens, Floral Clock

  • Treasury Gardens, JFK Memorial

  • Fitzroy Gardens, Fairy tree & Captain Cooks cottage

  • Then got the Tram back to our Hotel

  • Went out for the evening, Subway for food, Casino for drinks

  • Woke up early, lazed around, went out for some breakfast

  • Got the tram to Telstra Stadium, took some photos

  • Got the tram up to the Melbourne Museum

  • Eat lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe

  • Walked through the shops, bought gifts and presents

  • Got the tram back to our Hotel, packed our suitcase

  • Got the Skybus to the Airport, arriving about 5pm

  • Spent the next few hours in the Virgin Blue, Blue Room

  • Played PS2, eat dinner, played pool, sat in the movies

  • Did some last minute shopping

  • Watched our suitcase get thrown on board

  • Threw ourselves onboard for the 1 hour flight back to SYD

Missed out a ton of stuff and all the emotion, but saved myself about two hours of typing it all up. Sorry for being lazy, my bad.

Trip to Melbourne was fantastic, we both loved it and it wont be long before we are back!
